3 Years Free Servicing Offer

This offer is **exclusive to selected new motorcycles and scooters** purchased from Whatever Wheels Limited, trading as Whatever Wheels Yamaha. To be eligible, the customer must explicitly request to **opt into the "3 Years Free Servicing" offer at the point of purchase**. The final sales invoice must clearly display the text "3 YEARS FREE SERVICING" to confirm acceptance and eligibility.

The offer covers the cost of routine maintenance labour and standard service parts as specified in the manufacturer's service schedule for a maximum of **three (3) consecutive services within the three-year period**. This includes items such as:

• Oil filters
• Engine oil
• Spark plugs (as required by the service schedule)

This offer **excludes** parts and labour for any **wear-and-tear items** or **non-routine maintenance**. Excluded items include, but are not limited to:

• Tyres and inner tubes
• Brake pads and discs
• Clutch plates and cables
• Chain and sprockets
• Bulbs and fuses
• Batteries
• Accident repairs or damage resulting from misuse or neglect

Any work required outside of the standard service schedule or due to neglect will be charged at the standard rate.

The three-year free servicing period begins from the **official DVLA registration date** of the vehicle. The offer is valid for a **maximum of three (3) services** completed within this three-year period, regardless of the vehicle's mileage.

The services must be carried out **consecutively** and in **strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service intervals** (time or mileage, whichever comes first). Failure to abide by this schedule will void the offer.

• This offer has **no cash alternative** and is non-transferable.
• The free servicing must be carried out by **Whatever Wheels Yamaha's approved service department at its dealership in Great Harwood only**. **No reimbursement will be provided for services carried out elsewhere.**
• Failure to adhere to the manufacturer's service schedule may **invalidate this offer and any manufacturer's warranty**.
• Whatever Wheels Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

**Note:** It is the customer's responsibility to book their services within the valid period and adhere to the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.
