Your Used Motorcycle Warranty
Your peace of mind is important to us. The specific warranty supplied with your used motorcycle or scooter is clearly displayed on your **purchase invoice**. Please refer to this document for full details.
The majority of used motorcycles we sell come with a Lifetime Warranty from Whatever Wheels Limited. This is supplied after an initial 6-month period, which is either an RAC warranty or the remainder of a manufacturer's warranty (whichever is longer).
Maintaining Your Lifetime Warranty
To maintain the validity of your Lifetime Warranty, it is a crucial condition that your motorcycle is exclusively serviced and maintained by Whatever Wheels in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. This includes adhering to both the specified time and mileage intervals. If you do not reach the required mileage, you must still bring the motorcycle in for an annual service at least once every 12 months. Failure to have your servicing performed exclusively by Whatever Wheels will invalidate your warranty.
The warranty applies to used motorcycles of any brand that are less than 5 years old and have covered less than 25,000 miles at the time of purchase. It covers the cost of labour and parts for the repair of specific major components due to a manufacturing defect or material fault. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
